Daily Hierarchical Inspection Checklist for Baghouse Dust Collectors
Mandatory Daily Inspection Items
Core Parameter Monitoring: Record the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet (normal range: 800~1500 Pa), the internal temperature of the bin
and the air supply pressure. A continuous and gradual rise in pressure difference shall be marked as a precursor to salt dust caking.
Dust Cleaning System Inspection: Listen to the injection sound of the pulse valves to confirm there are no mute valves or air leaks. Drain the accumulated
water in the air tank at fixed time daily to prevent the humid air supply from aggravating the deliquescence of dust.
Dust Discharge and Sealing Inspection: Observe that the dust discharge from the hopper is continuous and unobstructed, with no bridging blockage of
accumulated dust. Inspect hidden dangers of equipment air leakage and cold air backflow.
Weekly In-Depth Inspection Items
Spot Check of Filter Bag Condition: After shutdown, open the bin door to check whether there are phenomena such as hard caking, local abrasion, and stitching
corrosion on the surface of filter bags, and distinguish between caking caused by insufficient dust cleaning and faults due to chemical corrosion and aging.
Calibration of Injection System: Check the alignment accuracy of the injection pipelines and nozzles, clean the accumulated dust attached to the pipelines, and blow
off the accumulated dust in the pressure difference sensing pipelines to avoid data distortion.
Test of Auxiliary Devices: Test the start-stop sensitivity of the hopper flow-aiding and arch-breaking device, verify the intactness of the seals on the housing, flanges
and access doors, and replace aged gaskets in a timely manner.
Monthly System Overhaul Items
Anti-Corrosion and Thermal Insulation Inspection: Inspect corrosion-prone parts such as the housing welds, the inner wall of the hopper, and the bag cages
check whether the anti-corrosion coating is peeling off, and confirm that the insulation layers and heat tracing systems of the cabinet and hopper are not out of
service.
Optimization of Dust Cleaning Parameters: Combined with the monthly production load and the changes in flue gas temperature and humidity, fine-tune the injection
interval and pulse width to adapt to the current law of dust accumulation.
Maintenance of Rotating Components: Perform anti-corrosion and lubrication maintenance on the dust discharge mechanism and fan bearings, check the sealing
performance of the air lock device, and eliminate air leakage failures.
