The baghouse dust collector achieves high-efficiency gas-solid separation of dust-laden gas through two core processes:
filtration & collection and ash cleaning & regeneration, with an overall dust removal efficiency of over 99%.
Working Process of Filtration and Collection
Gravity Settling Stage: After the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector, large-sized and high-specific-gravity dust particles directly settle into the ash hopper under
the action of gravity.
Fine Dust Interception Stage: Fine dust particles pass through the filter bag along with the airflow, and are captured on the outer surface of the filter bag by the
fibers through effects such as inertial collision, interception and diffusion.
Dust Pre-coating Layer Enhanced Filtration: The dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag forms a "pre-coating layer", whose filtration accuracy is far
higher than that of the filter material itself, making it the main medium for subsequent filtration.
Clean Gas Discharge: The filtered clean gas enters the interior of the filter bag, converges into the upper box body, and is discharged up to the standard from the air
outlet.
Working Process of Dust Cleaning and Regeneration
Pressure Differential Trigger Mechanism: As dust continuously accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, the pressure differential across the filter bag rises
and the dust cleaning process is automatically triggered when it reaches the set threshold of 1200-1500Pa.
Mainstream Dust Cleaning Method: The most widely applied method at present is pulse-jet dust cleaning, where compressed air is instantaneously injected into
the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and shake sharply, so that the dust layer on the surface falls off into the ash hopper. In addition, there are two other
types of dust cleaning: reverse-blow dust cleaning and mechanical rapping dust cleaning.
Continuous Operation Guarantee: The dust cleaning process adopts the mode of sequential chamber-by-chamber operation. After dust cleaning, part of the dust
pre-coating layer will be retained to avoid a sharp drop in filtration efficiency, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
Complete Full Process
Dust-laden gas is evenly distributed through air intake flow guidance → Large particles settle by gravity → Fine dust is intercepted by the filter bag → A dust
pre-coating layer is formed to enhance filtration → Automatic dust cleaning is triggered by pressure differential → Dust falls off and is collected into the ash hopper
→ Dust is collected through sealed ash discharge → Clean gas is discharged up to the standard
