The maintenance of the baghouse dust collector is carried out at three levels: routine inspection, periodic maintenance, and annual overhaul. It mainly covers key
components such as filter bags, ash cleaning systems, ash hoppers, and fan electrical systems, so as to ensure stable differential pressure of the equipment and
compliant emissions.
Daily Patrol (Per Shift / Daily)
Operation Parameter Verification: Record the inlet-outlet pressure difference (normal range: 800~1500Pa), flue gas temperature, and fan current. Immediately inspect
and eliminate hidden dangers in case of any sharp rise or drop of the above indicators.
Appearance Inspection of Core Components: Monitor whether the jet sound of the pulse valve is crisp, check the shell and access doors for air leakage and dust
emission, and confirm that the star-shaped unloader has no jamming or dust accumulation blockage.
Basic Status Confirmation: Check that the fan operates without abnormal noises and the anchor bolts are not loose. Ensure the dust accumulation height in the ash
hopper does not exceed 80% of the design value to prevent blockage.
Regular Maintenance (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly)
Weekly Basic Maintenance: Drain the accumulated water and oil contamination in the air storage tank and air header, clean the dust attached to the fan air inlet, and
fine-tune the dust cleaning interval parameters.
Monthly In-depth Maintenance: Inspect the diaphragm of the pulse valve and the operating status of the air cylinder, add lubricating oil to the bearings of the fan and
ash unloading device, and tighten the bolts on the shell and pipelines.
Quarterly Comprehensive Inspection: Spot check the filter bags for breakage and bag clogging, use fluorescent powder or soapy water to detect air leakage points on
the tube sheet and manhole doors, and calibrate the sensitivity of the pressure difference monitor.
Annual Overhaul (Comprehensive Overhaul of the Whole Unit)
Full Inspection of Filtration System: Inspect all filter bags one by one. Completely replace filter bags that are damaged, have excessive pressure difference, or have been
in use for more than 2~4 years, and meanwhile trim the burrs and rusted parts of the filter bag cages.
Disassembly and Maintenance of Core Components: Overhaul the fan impeller and motor winding, replace aged belts and seals, and disassemble and clean the worn
parts of the pulse valve and ash unloading valve.
Shell and System Commissioning: Repair rust holes on the box and reapply anti-corrosion treatment, clear the blocked dust removal pipelines, conduct no-load trial
operation to debug the full-process parameters, and put the unit into use after confirming no abnormalities.
Key Safety and Parts Replacement Requirements
Filter bags must be replaced in case of high breakage rate, continuously excessive pressure difference, or reaching the service life, so as to avoid excessive dust leakage.
Before internal operation, the power supply must be cut off and residual pressure released. Wear respiratory protection, and it is strictly forbidden for metal tools to
directly touch the filter bags.
